Emotional Regulation (Asychronous)'
This module focuses on managing over-stimulation and difficult emotions such as irritability and anxiety, as well as more subtle emotions that get in the way of healthy habits, such as avoidance and apathy. It is geared towards promoting emotional resilience and ideal for patients that are having a hard time building habits due to emotional dysregulation.

Habits Management (Structured or Self-Led)
This module focuses on task paralysis, procrastination, goal setting, and motivation. It is geared towards building healthy habits so participants can engage in their lives in an efficient way without leaving tasks to the last minute. This module would benefit patients who need assistance with day-to-day organization, workplace procrastination, and/or time management issues, and are ready to make a change.

Our next emotional regulation cohort begins on September 14th, 2026.

Not sure if group settings are right for you? This isn’t traditional group therapy focused on sharing feelings or personal struggles. While participants are welcome to share, the format is structured and led by a psychologist who teaches the tools and strategies you need to succeed.

This is an adult ADHD group. The age range of our participants range from 21-67.

You cannot be enrolled in the program without a consultation.
To ensure the fit and the safety of the group, interested parties must have had a discussion with the neuropsychologist.
Consultations are free 15 minute phone calls.
