The ADHD Incubator: Habits Module
(Pilot runs until August 2025 or full)
A 6-Week Reset for Adults (+16) Ready to Finally Follow Through
This is a self-paced program designed to help high-functioning adults overcome procrastination, break through task paralysis, and build sustainable systems for goal setting, time management, and follow-through- without burnout or overwhelm.
*We are piloting this program until August 31st, 2025 or until the program reaches 30 participants.
Build habits that actually work for your brain- so you can stop spiraling, follow through, and stop wondering if you’re just lazy.
🔥This is for you if…
You’re smart, capable- and somehow still drowning in unfinished to-dos.
You bounce between bursts of energy and long stretches of avoidance and shame.
You start the week with a plan... and end it overwhelmed and off-track.
You procrastinate on things you want to do- and beat yourself up for it.
You’ve tried planners, timers, and to-do lists- but nothing actually sticks.
You secretly wonder if you're just lazy or broken (you're not).
But this program isn’t for you if:
You’re looking for a quick fix without doing the work.
Managing your ADHD is something you keep putting off “until things calm down.”
You’re not open to trying new tools or honestly examining your habits.
You want daily motivation or external accountability- this is about building systems that run without willpower.
You’re in crisis or need clinical care. This program doesn’t replace medication or emergency support.
If any of the above sounds like you, that’s okay—you may be a better fit for 1:1 support. Reach out here.

❓Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What if I fall behind?
A: This program is self-paced for a reason- so you can work with your brain, not against it. You’ll have access to the course content for 12 weeks (or longer depending on your tier), and you can catch up when your energy and schedule allow.

Q: I’m not diagnosed with ADHD- can I still join?
A: Yes. Many high-functioning adults who join haven’t received a formal diagnosis but struggle with organization, procrastination, and focus. If the program resonates with your experience, it’s for you.

Q: Is this therapy?
A: Yes & No! This is a structured educational program with optional support from licensed therapists. The therapy is CBT based and structured toward the program but customized for you. It’s not a substitute for medication, or crisis care. If you're unsure which you need, reach out and we’ll guide you.

Q: What are the private sessions like?
A: They’re focused on helping you apply the material to your life. Your psychotherapist will help you identify blind spots, adapt tools to your unique brain, and create momentum that sticks.

Q: Can I expense this through my benefits or workplace?
A: Partially. While the full program includes a self-paced course that is not covered by insurance, your 1-on-1 therapy sessions may be reimbursable through extended health benefits, depending on your coverage and provider.
Most of our participants use their covered sessions to offset part of the cost- and find that the structured course & therapy together get better results than therapy alone. We always provide receipts.

Q: What happens after the 6 weeks?
A: You’ll walk away with a system that fits your life and tools you can keep using. If you would like to continue with your therapist, you can. If you’re in Tier 3, you also get lifetime access to the final version of the program when it launches publicly.

Q: Does OHIP cover this?
A: Unfortunately, no. We wish it did too! At this time, the program is fully self-funded and not covered by government subsidies. If you have extended health benefits, the therapy portion of the program may be covered.
